Pastor Dennis Opolentisima

Pastor Dennis has been serving with Mission Solano for seven years. Dennis is married to his
lovely wife, Josi. They are expecting their first child in march 2018. His journey with Christ
began in 2007. Dennis was formerly an addict and a gang affiliate. God saved him while he was
incarcerated in Clay Bank County Jail. While behind bars, he attended the Wednesday Bible
Studies. It was through Bible studies that God miraculously transformed Dennis’ heart as he
heard the gospel of Jesus Christ. Dennis sensed the call to ministry while attending Solano
Community College. Upon completion of his Human Services Certificate he went on to The
Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary where he finished with a B.A. in Theology. Dennis’
passion is to disciple followers of Christ and to help them grow in their knowledge and love for
Jesus Christ.
