CASE MANAGER - TONY ROBERTS
email: tony@missionsolano.org

I came to Mission SOLANO in the early part of 1999 when the Mission was first starting up. I did not come to the Mission to work, but I came to get help with my alcohol addiction. Mission SOLANO was there for me and put me in their New Life Drug & Alcohol Recovery Program. After I graduated the program, I worked for the Mission as a Shelter Attendant and then I left to attend college. I graduated from San Jose Christian College in 2004 and returned to Mission SOLANO working part-time.
I am currently pursuing my CAADAC license, which is a California State license for drug & alcohol counseling, and I am working at the Mission full-time as their Program/Case Manager. My goal is to help every client that comes through the Mission attain self-sufficiency. I do this by guiding them to the appropriate resourses that are available, and also by conducting group meetings to better educate and help our clients.
God is always given the glory when our clients succeed, not the workers that God has called to serve. It is such a blessing to see the lives of our clients changed and to see them get a job and move into their own home. I am so happy to be a part of Mission SOLANO's staff so that I can give back a part of what they gave to me.
