Raymond Courtemanche is a licensed minister of the Gospel and a certified drug and alcohol counselor (CAADAC-2).

He has a beautiful wife, Teresa, and three awesome children: Matthew (20), Brianna (18) and Tea`Ray (13).

They make their home in Fairfield, CA and are members of Parkway Community Church. They love camping and walks on the beach.

Raymond’s personal mission statement is “to facilitate behavioral change from self to purpose.” His desire is to provide HOPE to everyone that God brings to Mission Solano.

H.O.P.E. has been defined as: Helping-Other-People-Escape—From Self to Purpose.

Raymond’s favorite Bible verse is John 1:12, “Yet to all who receive Him, to those who believe in His name, He gave the right to become the children of God. (NIV)
