Jason joined the Board of Directors in 2007 and has been involved with the Mission since 2003, first as a volunteer and then as a staff member working with volunteers, special events, and human resources. He has over 15 years of management experience in retail operations and human resources.

Jason is from California and now resides in Chicago where he works for IKEA and attends Willow Creek Community Church. Jason is single and his parents and three sisters still live in Northern California.
