Tim LeFever: Chairman
Attorney, LeFever Mattson
Tim LeFever, his wife Amy, and their three girls, are residents of Dixon, California. He is a principal in the real estate development and holding company of LeFever Mattson. He was the Republican nominee in the 3rd Congressional District of California (against Vic Fazio) 1994 and 1996, Chairman of Capitol Resource Institute; Chairman of Mission Solano; advisory board member of The Pacific Justice Institute, Youth Guidance Connection, Campus Life Connection, and the Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center. Co-founder and former board member of The Rutherford Institute of California and The Western Center for Law and Religious Freedom. B.A., University of California Berkeley; J.D., Hastings School of Law, San Francisco. Tim has served on the Mission Solano Advisory Board since the Mission's founding in 1998, and the Board of Directors since 2002.
Tom Blackwood: Secretary
Business Owner, Blackwood Associates Inc.
Tom Blackwood and his wife Margery live in the Napa County part of Gordon Valley, just beyond the Solano County Line. They have five grown children between them, two in northern California and three in Atlanta. No children at home- just two cats, two dogs and three miniature horses. Tom is president and owner of Blackwood Associates Inc. who is a supplier of architectural metal cladding products located in Fairfield but covering all of Northern California. Tom’s company is beginning its 19th year in business and prior to that, Tom was an employee for an additional 19 years of the two companies they currently represent. Marge is a retired school teacher who continues to substitute on a daily basis. Tom and Marge attend First Christian Church in Napa but occasionally sneak back to Solano Valley Church to visit old friends. Tom has been on the Mission SOLANO Board since mid 2003.
Jon Harris: Director
Pastor, New Life Church
Jon Harris, his wife Pam and their three children reside in Solano County, California. In 1996 Jon and Pam founded the New Life Church in Fairfield, California. Eight years later, in testament to their dynamic success, the church has grown to over 1,000 members! Jon has supported Mission Solano since its inception in 1998, first as a member of the founding Advisory Board, and now as a Director since 2002.
